Turnaround time
For pre-ordered items, the item will be shipped within 2 weeks of the closing date.
Personalized/Custom orders will be ready to ship 2 weeks after full payment.
If you are providing the item to be personalized, the item will be ready 1 week after full payment.
Sizing of itmes
Manufacturer sizing charts are available upon request. We provide Unisex, women's, and youth sizes. Please ensure you confirm your correct size before placing your order.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Custom items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless they arrive defective or do not match the invoice.
Pre-orders also cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
That said, we strive to provide excellent customer service. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately.
Your Items Policy
Please be aware that if you provide an item for decoration, we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by our machine. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged during the process.
Payment Options
We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards. If you prefer, cash payments can also be arranged. Additionally, we offer convenient payment options through CashApp and Venmo. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
Shipping
All shipments are sent via standard USPS, unless a request for priority or UPS shipping is made. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs. Each item will include a tracking number. Shipping rates start at $7.00.
Want something different?
Found a design you absolutely LOVE but wish it came in a different color or with a slight modification? Just let us know! Most designs can be customized for a small fee, and we can easily change the item color as well.
